BK8RP Privacy Policy — Full Text
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected by bk8rp through the bk8rp.app website, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any associated services. It is written in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.
1 Who We Are
BK8RP ("we", "our", "us") is the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bk8rp.app. We act as the data controller for all personal data collected through the platform from registered members and visitors based in the Philippines.

5.3 Business Transfers

No third-party marketing. Bk8rp will never pass your contact details to another company for them to market their own products to you. Any promotional communication you receive will come from bk8rp directly, and only if you have opted in.

Bk8rp will respond to verified data rights requests within 30 days. Requests may be extended by a further 30 days in complex cases, with notification to the requester. We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing any data rights request.
10 Children's Privacy
The bk8rp platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If bk8rp becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, the relevant account will be closed and all associated data deleted. If you believe a minor has created an account on bk8rp, please contact our support team immediately.
11 Third-Party Links
The bk8rp platform does not contain links to third-party websites. Any payment processing is handled by trusted providers integrated within the bk8rp environment. Bk8rp is not responsible for the privacy practices of any external service that you may access independently. This Privacy Policy covers only bk8rp's own data processing activities.
12 Updates to This Privacy Policy
Bk8rp reviews and updates this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our data practices, platform features, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will notify registered members by email or via an in-platform notification, and we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of bk8rp after a policy update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any changes, you may close your account and request deletion of your personal data.
