BK8RP Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and bk8rp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all access and use of bk8rp, including the website available at bk8rp.app, its mobile-optimised versions, and any related services.

By creating an account on bk8rp, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the platform from a restricted territory.
• The funds you use to bet are not derived from illegal activity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

2 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bk8rp account. If you are found to have registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — all accounts may be suspended and any balances, including winnings, may be forfeited. 2.3 Verification (KYC)

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.3 Withdrawal Holds

4 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bk8rp are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are accessible within each product section. General betting rules applicable across all products include:

• Bets are only confirmed once accepted and assigned a unique bet ID by bk8rp's systems.
• Bk8rp reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that resulted from a technical error or data feed malfunction.
• Bets placed after an event has already started (for pre-match markets) will be voided.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per event and per day, as displayed at the time of bet placement.

4.2 Live Betting (In-Play)

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

• Bk8rp reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for a bonus represents the total amount that must be wagered before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires ₱10,000 in qualifying bets. Contribution rates by game type are specified in individual promotion terms.

5.3 Abuse and Fraud

Bk8rp actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotions, and other forms of fraudulent bonus claiming. Accounts found to be engaging in such behaviour will have bonuses removed, wins voided, and may be permanently suspended.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk8rp platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using the platform to launder money or transact funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or bugs for profit.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts without bk8rp's explicit written authorisation.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or cheating.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute bk8rp's platform software or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bk8rp staff or other platform users.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

Bk8rp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly in cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Self-exclusion requests from the account holder.

Where an account is closed for reasons not related to a breach (such as a voluntary closure request), any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after deducting any outstanding wagering obligations. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bk8rp account at any time by contacting customer support.
